Delivery
Media is sent by US Postal Mail 10 to 12 days before the requested usage date. If you request something less than 10 days before you need to use it and wish to have it sent by expedited mail or UPS, you will be charged for postage and handling.
Return
All items should be returned immediately after the usage date. If you wish to keep an item beyond the original agreed upon date of return, you MUST request an extension and receive confirmation to keep it longer. If you do not request an extension, you will be charged a late fee for return.
New Resources
If you are looking for a media resource we do not carry, we may be willing to purchase it if it is compatible with our selection guidelines. Please call or email with your request and it will be promptly considered.
