Procedures

Who is able to borrow?

Any church or church entity of the Synod of South Atlantic may hold an annual membership for unlimited use of media resources for an annual fee as follows:

Presbytery Membership

Any presbytery may hold a membership for churches with under 100 members for an annual fee of $100.00.

Church Membership

Any church with less than 100 members in a presbytery that does not hold membership for an annual fee of $25.00.

Churches with membership of 100-199 $30.00

Churches with membership of 200-499 $40.00

Churches with membership over 500 $50.00

Governing body institutions and agencies $40.00

Simply download the form and send with your check to join the center. Membership is for one year from date of joining.

All media must be requested and scheduled for a specific date. Curriculum that contains multiple lessons must be used consecutively at least weekly unless special permission is given to use for a longer time.

Churches or groups using resource items will be responsible for damage or loss at one half the cost of replacement.

All resource items are to be returned the day after usage. The user will be charged and billed a late fee of $5.00 per week for any item not returned within one week after scheduled use.

The Regional Resource Center will pay USPS shipping to the user. The user pays for returning the items by insured first class mail. For speical requirements in handling, the extra cost will be charged to the user.

Media items may be previewed by making prior arrangements with the Director of the Center.

All usage fees are placed in a special account for use in replacement, postage, purchase of new items and for general support of the media center.
