Who May Use the Center

A Presbytery in the Synod of South Atlantic, the U.C.C. Southeast Conference, and the Southeastern Synod of the E.L.C.A. may hold an annual membership for unlimited use of videos and DVD's for churches with membership under 100 for an annual fee of $100.00.

Local churches within these three entities may hold an annual membership for unlimited use of these resources for an annual fee as follows:

Churches with membership of 100 - 199 $25.00

Churches with membership of 200 - 499 $35.00

Churches with membership over 500 $45.00

Governing body institutions and agencies $40.00

Usage Policies

All audiovisuals must be requested and scheduled for a single specific date; should the audiovisual be desired for multiple showings over a longer period, prior arrangement must be made with the Director of the Regional Resource Center.

Churches or groups using audiovisual items will be responsible for damage or loss at one-half the cost of replacement.

All audiovisual items are to be returned the day following use. The user will be charged and billed a penalty fee of $5.00 per week for any item not returned within one week after scheduled use.

The Resource Center will pay USPS shipping to the user. The user pays for returning the material by UPS or insured first class mail. For special requirements in handling, the extra cost will be charged to the user.

All bookings will be on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve, call the 800 number. Reservations by e-mail are not guaranteed.

The Resource Center does not assure delivery of items booked less than ten days from the requested date of use.

Audiovisual items can be previewed by making prior arrangement with the Director of the Center.

All usage fees will be placed in a special account for use in replacement, postage, purchase of new items, and for general support of the audiovisual center.
